In case you are not happy with your order you can always return it to us and we will happily refund your order!

If you follow the instructions in the following link: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/2550 you will receive a Royal Mail Tracked label, please, repackage your items (reusing the original packaging when possible), attach the label and drop your item in your local Post Office (or use the new collection service from Royal Mail for an extra fee).

You will be refunded as soon as we receive the items back. Please, let us know you will be sending your item back by emailing us to support@chaoscards.co.uk and make a note of your return in case anything goes wrong!
