Your order history (https://www.chaoscards.co.uk/account/history) includes a detailed summary of all your orders including your order number, date, value, contents and your order status.

If your order is in New, Awaiting Stock or Processing you can tell us to hold the order automatically from the "Amend order" button in your order history.

  • NEW means the order has been send to our system and stock allocated for you

  • PROCESSING means the order is ready to be sent to the warehouse at the next opportunity.

  • PICKING means the order has been printed and sent to the warehouse, no changes can be done once an order is in this status. Your order will be collect by the courier at the next opportunity.

  • DISPATCHED means the order has been collected by the courier and it is on its way. You should have received a dispatch email with your tracking information if available.

  • AWAITING STOCK means your order includes items to be released and is awaiting for the arrival of those products.

  • HOLD means your order is presenting one or more issues (incomplete address, stock errors ...) and we are awaiting your response to be able to proceed with it.
